E3 Works is seeking motivated, friendly, and dynamic team players to join automotive facilities located in the Tecumseh/ Windsor area. Production roles are responsible for robotic assembly operations and overseeing the quality of various automotive parts. The facility is a Clean production assembly environment, lifting requirements, and is climate-controlled (air condition).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for safely carrying out assigned duties in accordance with the Health and Safety Policy and Government legislation, in a manner that will ensure not only their own safety but that of co-workers
• Adhere to all relevant company policies, procedures and instructions
• Must be familiar with and follow all required procedures as outlined/identified.
• Ensures cleanliness of workstation at all times

Shifts:

Days: Monday to Friday: 6:30am to 2:30 pm

Afternoons: Monday to Friday: 2:30pm to 10:30pm

Midnight: Sunday to Thursday: 10:30pm to 6:30 am

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-year operator experience in a factory or similar environment.
• Ability to stand for an entire shift, perform repetitive heavy lifting and carry out repetitive motions of upper body
• Must have OSSD OR Post-Secondary Education
• A Uniform will be required for this role
• Steel-Toe shoes

Location will require you to have a reliable vehicle for transportation.
