Website & Digital Accessibility

E3 Works is committed to maintaining an accessible website and digital experience in accordance with AODA requirements and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) standards.

• Maintain public-facing web content that aligns with WCAG 2.0 Level AA standards where applicable.
• Use accessible formatting, headings, labels, and navigation structures.
• Provide alternative text for meaningful images and graphics.
• Support keyboard navigation and readable colour contrast.
• Review website accessibility periodically and address identified issues where feasible.
• Provide accessible versions of documents or alternate formats upon request.

Training

E3 Works provides accessibility and human rights training to employees and other applicable individuals as required under the AODA. Training includes information regarding accessible customer service, Ontario Human Rights Code obligations, and accessibility standards relevant to the individual’s role.

Emergency Information

Where required, E3 Works will provide individualized workplace emergency response information to employees with disabilities and will provide emergency information in accessible formats upon request.

Feedback Process

E3 Works welcomes feedback regarding accessibility and the accessibility of our services, website, and workplace practices. Feedback may be provided through accessible communication methods and will be reviewed in a timely manner.
Requests for accessible formats, communication supports, or accommodation may be submitted through the contact information provided on the E3 Works website.

Availability of Accessible Formats

This accessibility policy and related documents are available in accessible formats upon request. E3 Works will work with the requesting individual to determine a suitable accessible format or communication support.
