Grant Molyneux
President & Founder | Windsor-Essex Staffing & Recruitment Expert
Grant Molyneux is the President and Founder of E3 Work Solutions, one of Windsor-Essex’s most trusted staffing and recruitment firms. With over a decade of leadership experience and a foundation built on genuine community investment, Grant has grown E3 Works from a local staffing agency into a full-service recruitment partner serving employers across Southwestern Ontario and beyond.
Before founding E3 Works, Grant spent nearly a decade in the financial sector as a Branch Manager at TD Canada Trust, where he developed deep expertise in team leadership, performance management, and client relationship building. Holding an Advanced Human Resources Diploma from St. Clair College, Grant combined his financial acumen and HR knowledge to launch E3 with a simple but powerful mission: to Employ, Empower, and Evolve the Windsor-Essex community.
Under Grant’s leadership, E3 Works has placed thousands of candidates across manufacturing, automotive, skilled trades, logistics, engineering, and professional sectors, and has earned recognition as an approved staffing partner on Invest Ontario’s list. Grant is deeply passionate about economic development, workforce innovation, and giving back to the community that built him. Outside the office, Grant’s other great passion is wine, and his dream title would be Master Sommelier.
Reta Youhana
Recruitment Manager & Executive Search Consultant
Reta brings a results-driven approach to full-cycle hiring across skilled trades, healthcare, manufacturing, and professional roles throughout Windsor-Essex and Southwestern Ontario.
Reta holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resource Management from the University of Windsor. Her path to recruitment is both personal and purposeful. At age five, Reta and her family immigrated to Canada from Iraq in search of a better future. It was the support of local employment agencies that helped her parents find their first jobs in Windsor, and that experience shaped her deepest professional motivation: to give back to the community the way her family was once helped.
Since joining E3 Works in 2021, Reta has led high-volume hiring campaigns, managed executive search engagements, including the successful placement of the President and CEO of the Windsor Essex Chamber of Commerce and built lasting relationships with both candidates and employers across the region. She is known for her warmth, reliability, and genuine commitment to finding the right fit for every placement.
Steve Faroni
Business Development Manager | Windsor-Essex Staffing & Employer Partnerships
Steven is responsible for driving growth, building employer partnerships, and expanding E3’s reach across Ontario and into new markets. Since joining E3 in December 2025, Steven has already secured a significant government contract and established new client relationships across Windsor-Essex and Southwestern Ontario.
Steven brings a uniquely diverse professional background to his role. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours in Business Administration from the Odette School of Business at the University of Windsor and has over a decade of experience in franchise consulting, operational leadership, and business development. Prior to joining E3 Works, Steven spent years in the franchise industry coaching and developing business owners across Canada. As a Regional Business Manager and General Manager at College Pro, he led a portfolio of 20-30 franchise owners generating over $1 million in divisional revenue, earning multiple national performance awards including the $1M Sales Award, Star Regional Business Manager, and Star General Manager recognition. He later brought that same coaching expertise to Tutor Doctor as a Franchise Business Consultant, supporting a division of 25-30 franchise owners across a multi-million-dollar global portfolio.
Steven is passionate about building relationships, solving problems, and connecting the right people with the right opportunities which makes him a natural fit for the staffing and recruitment world. A proud lifelong Michigan Wolverines fan and 15-year season ticket holder, Steven brings the same loyalty and dedication to his clients at E3 that he brings to the Big House every fall.
Morgan Malott
HR & Recruitment Administrator | Certified Professional Résumé Writer (CPRW) | Certified Interview Coach (CIC)
Morgan plays a vital behind-the-scenes role in supporting the team’s recruitment operations, candidate experience, and HR administration across Windsor-Essex and Southwestern Ontario.
A graduate of St. Clair College, Morgan holds two prestigious certifications that set her apart in the recruitment world, Certified Professional Résumé Writer (CPRW) and Certified Interview Coach (CIC). These designations reflect her deep commitment to candidate success and her expertise in helping job seekers present their best selves throughout the hiring process.
Morgan specializes in hourly staffing placements across light industrial, manufacturing, and production environments, and is a key driver behind E3’s ability to fill roles within 72 hours or less. Whether it is mobilizing a reliable workforce for a client on short notice or coaching a candidate through every step of the interview process, Morgan brings the same level of care and urgency to every placement.
Known within the E3 team for her supportive, collaborative approach, Morgan brings professionalism and heart to everything she does. Her work has earned consistent praise in client and candidate reviews, where she is regularly called out by name for her outstanding support.
