Full Job Description

E3 Works is seeking motivated, friendly, and dynamic team players to join automotive facilities located in the Tecumseh area. Production roles are responsible for the safe operation of metal stamping, robotic assembly operations and overseeing the quality of various automotive parts.


  • Manufacture steel automotive parts using automated and hand transfer presses, robotics welders, and other machinery as assigned.
  • Responsible for producing quality parts and ensuring parameters outlined on quality in Process Inspection Report QA III are followed.
  • Responsible for safely carrying out assigned duties in accordance with the Health and Safety Policy and Government legislation, in a manner that will ensure not only their own safety but that of co-workers
  • Adhere to all relevant company policies, procedures and instructions
  • Must be familiar with and follow all required procedures as outlined/identified.
  • Ensures cleanliness of workstation at all times
  • Work and dress safely (i.e., wear proper protective equipment, demonstrate safe use of all machinery and equipment, etc.)


Swing Days & Afternoons

(Days) Monday to Friday: 6::30am – 2:30pm

(Afternoon) Monday to Friday: 2:30pm – 10:30pm

Steady Midnight

Sunday to Thursday: 10:30 pm – 6:30 am


  • Minimum 1-year operator experience in a factory or similar environment.
  • Ability to stand for an entire shift, perform repetitive heavy lifting and carry out repetitive motions of upper body

COVID-19 considerations:
Interviews will be completed virtually, employees will also require a mask when coming into the facility.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Tecumseh, ON N8N 2L9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
